Haiku organic japanese sencha green tea is traditional japanese green tea made from the first flush of new buds and leaves. The buds and leaves are pan-fried to halt oxidation of the precious polyphenols and then rolled into tight curls, slowly dried and immediately packaged to seal in the fresh flavor and aroma.
